• No liability shall attach Castle Trimmings Australia resulting from merchandise being used in anyway other than its intended use.
• No liability shall attach to Castle Trimmings Australia resulting from delivery of incorrect merchandise to a person or persons nominated
  by a customer.

Refund Policy

We will always do out best to ensure you are happy with the product(s) you purchase from us, however we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.

• We will refund certain items: Tiebacks & Key Tassels only in perfect condition.
• All returns must first be approved by Castle Trimmings Australia.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on cut length products, please check the colour and style of trimming first by using our free sampling service before your purchase.
• Please note that the cost of delivery and return will not be refunded, in addition there maybe a handling charge.
• On receiving trimmings please check the colour, quantity and quality are as ordered.
• You must notify us within seven(7) days of receipt of goods if you wish to return a Tieback or Key Tassel. The same applies if you have received faulty or damaged goods.
