Policy Guidelines for Returns

If you wish to return any items, please contact us via phone or email with 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items for return much reach our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the order. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Unless your return is due to an error on our part, the return postage are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers who comply with our return policy will receive a refund for the product, less the postage costs.  Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, please allow up to seven (7) days for the refund to be processed.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please ensure that you enclose or email us your new order along with the item you wish to return.  Once we have received the returned item and processed the exchange, we will calculate the total amount, including any applicable freight charges for the exchanged item.  The balance remaining  after these calculations will either be refunded to you or charged as appropriate.

Liabilities

In the event of items being faulty or dispatched in error, Castle Trimmings responsibility shall be strictly limited to providing a replacement for the faulty item.  The company will not be liable for any further claims or compensation beyond the replacement of the affected items. Castle Trimmings shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the delivery of incorrect items to an alternative recipient as nominated by the customer.  Once items are delivered it is the recipients responsibility to check the correct item has been received.

Pricing

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on our online store at any time. 

Payment Methods

Castle Trimmings will not store your bank account information, our transactions are processed by STRIPE which is a payment processing platform for the Internet.
