Castle Trimmings Shipping & Delivery Policy

Castle Trimmings ship all over the world.

  • We ship within Australia and Internationally via Australia Post receipted delivery.
  • Samples are sent via Australia Post.
  • Orders are processed after we receive your payment. We will send you a confirmation e-mail.
  • Merchandise will be dispatched within 3 business days subject to stock availability.
  • Estimated 3-10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.
  • In some cases we may need to delay shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will deliver back ordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay we will notify you by phone or email.
  • In Australia your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. Upon delivery the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal Post Office business hours. Parcels will be held for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
  • For International orders. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Australian Delivery Charge

A flat rate of $10 +GST per order, to anywhere in Australia.

New Zealand Delivery Charge

A flat rate of AU$10 per order, anywhere in New Zealand.

Freight Charges to all other countries

A flat rate of AU$15 per order, anywhere in the world.
